KIDS BOXING CLASS 7-13YRS

Our kids boxing classes at Jones Boxing Gym are designed for ages 7 to 13, focusing on building confidence, discipline, and respect in a fun and supportive environment. We teach the fundamentals of boxing in a safe and structured way, helping kids improve their fitness, coordination, and focus while learning new skills.

 

GENERAL BOXING CLASS 

Jones Boxing Gym’s General Class is designed to be an inclusive, supportive space where anyone can step in and get started—no matter their experience level. Open to participants aged 14 and above, this class welcomes everyone from complete beginners learning the basics to aspiring fighters looking to sharpen their skills.

Whether you're stepping into a boxing gym for the first time or building toward competitive goals, the sessions are structured to meet you where you’re at. Coaches focus on developing strong fundamentals—like stance, footwork, and technique—while also offering more advanced training elements for those ready to push further. The environment is friendly, encouraging, and built around progress at your own pace.

If you’re looking to improve fitness, build confidence, or seriously pursue boxing, the General Class provides a pathway for all ages and skill levels to train together and grow.

 

 ADVANCED BOXING CLASS

Our Advanced Boxing Class at Jones Boxing Gym is an invite-only session designed for those who have earned their place through hard work, consistency, and attitude, this class is for members who go above and beyond in general classes, as well as our fighters, showing they’re ready for the next level after building strong boxing fundamentals.

It’s a more focused and demanding environment, aimed at sharpening skills, improving performance, and pushing athletes further both physically and mentally, you don’t have to be a fighter to be in this class, but all fighters are included, entry into this class isn’t given, it’s earned, the only way in is to work hard, listen, stay disciplined, be a good person, and show true dedication to your training.
